How to Order

Have a read through this page to find everything you need to know about how to order with us at Aesthetic Pharma:

Ordering Private Prescriptions

1. Before ordering

On placing any order for prescriptive products, you will need to register for Instascript. Instascript is an online prescriptive service designed for your convenience. Instascript is owned and monitored by our partner in fulfillment Aesthetica Solutions. On completion of your prescriptions and acceptance of your orders, products will be supplied and despatched by Aesthetica Solutions.

2. What patient details are required when ordering a prescription?

You will need the patient’s date of birth, residential address, first name and surname when ordering a prescription.

3. What prescription details are required?

All prescription details must firstly be written in clear and legible handwriting. The date of the prescription needs to be included and must be a maximum of 6 months prior to the date of order. Please include the full name of the product and the quantity required. They must also confirm a face-to-face consultation has taken place with the patient.

4. What prescriber details are required?

We must have both the printed name and signature of the prescriber, and the full registered address. Please also give us a direct email address and your registration number (e.g. GMC, GDC, NMC).

5. What you need to know about private prescriptions:

A private prescription is an order for a product that is for a named patient. It is imperative that the prescribed products are required for the benefit of the patient’s well-being and health.
We will require a copy of your prescription by fax or email at the time or ordering. You must send us the signed, original prescription within 72 hours of placing your prescription order, if you are not using instascript.

Private prescriptions are exclusive of VAT.

You cannot order a product that is for anyone other than the named patient with a prescription, and items must not be resold.

The medicine ordered belongs to the patient and not to the prescribing agent.

6. Ordering Stock Orders

You must be an aesthetic professional to be registered with us, however, non-prescribers can also order products provided that they are not for named patients.
